PATIENT REFUND POLICY

If a patient overpayment occurs and a balance is on the account, the credit is applied to that balance.

If an overpayment occurs for a guarantor with multiple patients on an account that reflects a balanced owed, and a the credit will be applied to that balance. 

True patient credits will remain on the account to apply to future dates of service, unless a refund is requested by the patient.
